Right of Withdrawal (Services)

1. Introduction

Consumers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a contract for services with WebClickAI. The following provisions explain the conditions and consequences of withdrawal rights.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

3. Exercising Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WebClickAI, Owner: Martin Lissner, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Email: support@webclickai.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

5. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for such refunds.

6. Expiry of Withdrawal Right

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  • the service has been fully performed, and
  • you had expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

7. International Notice

For customers outside the EU, local consumer protection laws may provide different rights. WebClickAI complies with applicable international legal requirements (including Saudi PDPL and relevant local consumer laws).
